ATS Industrial Automation Adds UReality to Digital Capabilities

Effective today, ATS Industrial Automation has purchased substantially all of the assets of the UReality business from Kircher Konstruktionen GmbH in Weingarten, Germany. UReality is a software development business that specializes in augmented reality and virtual reality (AR/VR) experiences. The UReality team now reports into ATS Industrial Automation in Ingolstadt, Germany.

The codifying of our systems integrator know-how into our digital twin, system twin, and digital training offerings is part of what makes working with ATS different,” said Miroslav Kafedzhiev, President, ATS Industrial Automation. “The acquisition of UReality is one way we demonstrate our commitment to expanding the value we can offer to our customers.”
