With 110+ battery assembly and test lines delivered, we are a proven partner for battery manufacturing testing for electric vehicles (EVs) and energy storage manufacturing. We provide comprehensive testing systems for battery cells, modules, and packs that are customized to the unique battery application and can evaluate everything from voltage, charge/discharge, HiPot, welding, electrical, leak, thermal testing, and more. Our engineering team works with battery customers to digitalize their lines to debug, optimize, and validate systems before lines are constructed.

Fuel Cell Testing

We offer comprehensive testing capabilities to ensure that the fuel cells used in eMobility or energy grid storage applications meet performance and reliability while reducing the cost of market entry. eMobility Component Testing

We provide component assembly testing systems for electric and hybrid vehicle manufacturing, including EV batteries, eDrive inverter systems, eMotors, and other vehicle sub-components. We test for efficiency, power output, temperature management, torque, vibration, mechanical integrity, and more. Our high-speed, configurable test systems are customized to each automaker’s requirements and help validate, debug, and identify issues early in the manufacturing process.
